Celebrating CX Day By Helping Government Enhance Customer Experiences

Today is officially CX Day, which celebrates the organizations and individuals at the heart of creating better customer experiences.

In the government arena, CX has become a critical priority with citizens and constituents wanting to interact with the government in the same way they would with any consumer digital service.

As a result, we have the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), as well as new Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) CX investments, further pushing government CX into the forefront.

Makpar is proud to be part of this government CX momentum through its partnership with NuAxis Innovations. Last year, MakNuAx, a SBA-approved Joint Venture (JV) between Makpar and NuAxis Innovations, was awarded a $115 million CX-driven contract to provide enterprise service desk support services for the Department of Labor (DoL).

In addition, Amanda Chavez, Vice President of Customer Experience at NuAxis Innovation, discussed how government can advance its CX efforts to better meet mission goals in this Fed Mission Success podcast interview. We also recently interviewed Raza Latif, CEO of NuAxis Innovations, who was recently named the “Industry Executive of the Year,” as part of the 2023 Service to the Citizen Award program.

In honor of CX Day and this excellent partnership, we are showcasing NuAxis Innovations’ CX methodology for government below:

Happy CX Day and big thank you to the government agencies and industry members who are transforming all interactions with citizens and constituents! Please contact us here to get started on your agency’s journey to bring its CX goals to life.
