With the COVID-19 pandemic hampering summer travel last year, the summer of 2022 was much different. According to this Forbes article, 80 percent of Americans took vacations this summer, and 35 percent more people traveled in 2022, when compared to 2021.

For many of us, the return to summer travel was very exciting. However, we all have to deal with the transition back to work after our vacations – which is no easy task. Rather than experiencing the usual post-Labor Day weekend shock, Makpar is providing these seven simple steps for having a fresh start at work.
