INFOGRAPHIC: DHS Expanded AI Use Cases Show “Art of What’s Possible”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently updated its ever-growing inventory of artificial intelligence (AI) inventory of use cases – which points to how the department is expanding the “art of what’s possible” when it comes to AI.

From enhanced document efficiencies to identifying “proof of life” to prevent customs fraud to facial recognition, these expanded use cases were updated to meet the 2020 Executive Order 13960 “Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government.”

Based on this recent FedScoop article, we have provided the following infographic that illustrates all of the new DHS AI uses cases.
